We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, who is ready to take charge, be proactive, manage all the finer details and collaborate closely across multiple teams to ensure the highest quality products and solutions are delivered.  

The Project Manager must anticipate end-to-end requirements of all projects including understanding the core business need we are trying to solve, defining business opportunities, quantifying financial benefits, and leading change via collaboration with peers and all project stakeholders. This individual requires solid project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage the delivery of solutions in a manner that engages the project teams and delights our clients.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• As the primary touch point, navigate all project requirements, develop all relevant project documentation, and proactively identify and deliver solutions to bring projects to a successful completion
• Direct projects involving multiple internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Own, manage and control project deliverables, project plans, schedules, status reports and budgets
• Focus on continuous improvement, task completion, efficiency and set the targets for all project team members
• Proactively identify issues and solutions to drive on time, effective and high-quality milestone completion
• Serve as a key point of escalation for all stakeholders
• Collaborate with and act as a trusted advisor to clients, internal team members and service providers, vendors, and partners
• Provide the project team with the support they need to remove obstacles, obtain data, meet deadlines, and deliver an outstanding and successful product and customer experience, on time, every time
• Maintain accurate and up to date status reports at all times on all aspects of the projects
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience; with a strong understanding of how retail, branch transformation and merchandising projects operate
• Meticulous and committed to delivering high-quality work products
• Strong understanding of project management principles including planning, workflow mapping, scheduling, budgets, issue tracking, risk mitigation and resource utilization
• Strong ability to foster and nurture trusted relationships. You are empathetic and deliver to the needs of your clients, team, and partners
• Exceptional organization, detail oriented, adaptive and client focused mindset
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and other internal/external teams
• Have knowledge and experience applying Change Management principles and methodologies
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Well-spoken and can compose clear, concise business documents efficiently
• Ability to present large amounts of data to bring forward key takeaways into an easy-to-read framework. Can story-tell with data
• Strong work ethic and highly developed problem-solving skills
• A team player ready to jump in whenever and wherever needed
• Enjoy working under time constraints, ability to excel under pressure
• Excellent technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Smart Sheets, Visio etc.)
• Proven ability to seek out emerging trends/technologies that creatively deliver impactful and innovative project solutions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset
