About Knovo

Knovo is an award-winning retail branch design and architectural services firm. We specialize in 3D site surveys, architectural drawings, BIM coordination, digital installations, and data-driven asset management that help brands design smarter, operate better, and deliver standout customer experiences.

We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative team that thrives on precision, creativity, innovation, and execution. We partner with leading retailers and financial institutions to deliver complex, data-driven programs at scale.

If you enjoy leading teams, building trusted client relationships, solving problems hands-on and taking ownership of delivering complex programs from start to finish, this role is for you.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Digital Signage initiatives - someone who thrives on execution and precision, with hands-on experience delivering digital signage projects in physical environments.

In this role, you will have direct control over all project activities and drive projects from initial concept through final deployment, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered seamlessly. You will balance technical requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality, scalable installations.

Every project is different, and so is every group of stakeholders. You will manage a constant push and pull between systems, design, real site conditions, and a wide range of expectations across clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role comes down to clear communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to keep everyone aligned as things shift. You will coordinate details, manage people, and solve problems in real time.

Projects are never static. Scope changes, site conditions evolve, and timelines shift. Your job is to keep everything moving - balancing schedule, budget, scope, quality, and client satisfaction without losing control of the project.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project execution, communications, schedules, and technician tasking while coordinating deliverables across teams
  • Own project delivery from kickoff to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead coordination across internal teams and external partners, including running project meetings and ensuring clear, timely communication and follow-up
  • Maintain full visibility into project performance - tracking schedules, budgets, labor, equipment, and materials, and adjusting as conditions change
  • Coordinate and confirm site reviews and field verification, identifying risks early and communicating issues and solutions to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate drawings, documentation, and design reviews to ensure accuracy from planning through installation
  • Oversee installation, system programming, and final commissioning, including managing deficiencies and driving punch lists to completion
  • Support field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving
  • Monitor project status across cost, timing, and resources to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Drive clear communication between all stakeholders, resolving issues quickly and keeping alignment across the project team
  • Coordinate project turnover, including training and handoff to client, service, and internal teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and project delivery standards

You’ll Excel in This Role If You…

  • A detail-oriented, execution-driven professional who thrives in complex environments
  • A collaborative team player who can bridge technical and creative disciplines
  • Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and delivers results

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital installations, AV systems, or retail technology deployments
  • Strong understanding of digital display technologies (LED, LCD, video walls, interactive screens) and installation requirements
  • Experience working in retail, banking, or commercial environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, construction documentation, and BIM coordination is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Competitive salary
  • Health plan
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off
